Events, Outreach & Engagement Committee
The EOEC consists of a Chairperson, appointed by the President and any interested graduate student.
As needed, the chair consults with members who serve on the
Ohio Union Activities Board (OUAB), the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Day
Steering Committee, the Sportsmanship Council and the Welcome Week Steering
Committee.
The EOEC ensures that the social, family, professional &
charitable giving development needs of graduate students are met through
diverse programming initiatives.
For 2007-2008 the EOEC is hereby charged
with:
- Facilitating the selection and appointment of members to the aforementioned committees.
- Upholding the tradition of the Annual Fall Cookout.
- Altering the format of the Annual Spring Cookout to include Awards & Recognition for Delegates & Officers.
- Creation of a formal dance event.
