Public Relations Committee
The Public Relations Committee consists of a Chairperson, appointed by the President and any interested graduate student and is limited to 3 members.
PR is responsible for publicizing the purpose and actions of the council through press releases, advertising and promotional materials.
For 2007-2008 the PR Committee is hereby charged with the following:
- Facilitate the timely selection & appointment of the aforementioned committee members.
- Collaboration with Design Services and Uni-Print to create these essential documents:
- CGS Informational Brochure
- CABS Bus Signs
- Delegate Business Cards
- CGS Promotional Posters
- Relationship management with pertinent local media outlets.
- Writing Press Releases for timely announcement of upcoming events and significant Acts & Resolutions of the Council.
