Global Gateway Graduate Student Research Abroad Grant
The Global Gateway Graduate Student Research Abroad Grant encourages and promotes the professional and academic development of graduate researchers at The Ohio State University by providing financial support that allows students to undertake research abroad. Students will be able to assist the University pursue its strategic international goals by creating and bolstering relations with universities and other institutions across the world.
All graduate students conducting research abroad this summer are encouraged to apply, especially if you are doing research in a country in which OSU's Global Gateway Program already has established collaborative work, including China and India, with Turkey and Brazil to come. The award is funded by the Office of International Affairs, the Graduate School, and CGS. Successful applicants will be awarded a grant of up to $1,500 per year to assist with travel related expenses for research abroad.
The 2014 application is now closed.
Applicants will be notified of decisions approximately 5 weeks after the deadline.
