Judging Procedures
Awards will be made by a committee consisting of a minimum of four
graduate students appointed by CGS, a graduate student chair appointed
by CGS and a faculty member.
- The committee will attempt to notify recipients of awards by the
sixth week of the quarter in which the application was
submitted.
- Awards will not be given prior to the conference for which
funding has been awarded, instead, award funds will be released upon
receipt of appropriate post-conference materials (see below).
- The committee has full authority in determining the number of
awards given and the amounts awarded. The committee's decisions
cannot be appealed.
