HIIT, or high intensity interval training, is a total-body, heart-pumping workout. This 50-minute class will alternate between high intensity cardio bursts and periods of recovery, providing the participant with fitness benefits similar to continuous endurance workouts, but in a shorter period of time. Perfect for any fitness level, this class will provide maximum results in minimal amount of time.
OUAB is excited to offer the OUABe Fit Series through a wonderful relationship and partnership with the Office of Student Life's Recreational Sports Department.
