We recommend arriving in the session room 20 minutes before any presentations you may wish to watch in case any presentations end early, or in case presenters have moved up in a session due to withdrawn presentations. Sessions will continue straight through all presenters in the room on the day of Hayes. That is to say, if presenters drop out or do not show up on the day of the forum, the next presenter who is present will be called on to present in order to keep sessions running in a timely manner.

*Please note that sessions with fewer than 6 presentations will not have a session break in the middle, and will run straight through.

**For the 2026 Hayes Forum, the Graduate Arts Oral/Talk presentation session has 11 presenters. No other subject areas have 11 presenters.

Poster Presentations

As stated above, all poster sessions are run concurrently. All presenters will be at their respective posters from 9:00 a.m. through the end of the poster session at 12:30 p.m.  Due to the length and number of poster presentations, and due to unknown factors like room traffic, judge or presenter restroom/water breaks, etc., we are unable to offer specific or estimated times for each poster presenter's judged poster presentation.
