Council of Graduate Students

at The Ohio State University

Buckeye Diversity Dialogue Series

All autumn 2020 sessions will be held in a virtual format. Spring 2021 sessions are scheduled to be held in-person in the Ohio Union. In the event COVID-19 requires the university to close all sessions will be moved to a virtual format, via Zoom. The spring 2021 schedule will be released in November 2020.

The Council of Graduate Students' Buckeye Diversity Dialogue Series provides opportunities for Ohio State graduate students to have intentional conversations about relevant issues of equity, diversity, inclusion, social justice, and much more.

These conversations are designed to be an informal gathering, over lunch, to allow participants to learn from and educate one another. Although each event has a theme, the goal is to encourage participants to determine where the conversation goes. The Buckeye Diversity Dialogue Series is meant to be a catalyst for discussion on difficult topics, as it relates to diversity and social justice.

Due to the nature of the conversations, each event will be limited to 10-15 graduate students, registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Lunch will be provided for each participant.

Please contact DaVonti' Haynes (haynes.242@osu.edu) for additional information.
