Campus Address

CGS prefers to use campus addresses to cut down on costs, if you do not have one, please enter an alternate address and phone number.

Program

If you do not see your program listed properly, please contact the CGS office at cgs@studentlife.osu.edu.

Committees

All delegates are expected to serve on at least one committee. More Committee Information

Method of Election

The standard method: an electronic ballot is prepared with one or more candidates and every graduate student in the program has a vote.  A link to the online voting page will be sent to candidates after the close of the application period to diseminate to their constituents.

Alternate

Your alternate is a graduate student empowered to vote in your absence.

Profile Photo and Bio

You may submit your profile photo and a short biography which will be used on the website for those individuals who are elected.

Interview Time

Delegate candidates may be asked to have a brief interview with a member of the organization and elections committee. When, in the next two weeks, would you be available for a 20-30 minute interview?

Resume

CGS requires a current resume/curriculum vita. File formats like .doc, .rtf, .pdf, or .txt are preferred.
